Yoga for Beginners
5 Week Beginners Yoga Course
Hey Yogi, welcome to your yoga journey with me. This 5 week Yoga course is perfect if you are brand new to yoga, or if you are looking to refreshing your practice after taking a little break.
Classes are 60min long, and we will work gently, flowing through movements and learning a little more about breathwork and meditation.
4 Weeks are in person with me at a lovely studio in Dulwich and in the 5th week you get a video you can do at home any time!
